Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Member Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual CMS STAR rating disenrollment compliant audits and interpret changes to disenrollment logics
• Support business initiatives through trend analysis and recommend process improvements for membership retention
• Develop advanced insights and dashboards for business leadership using various data tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with CMS Plan Finder member audits and project management
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL and SAS queries
• Ability to modify Tableau and Power BI dashboards
