A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Member Experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual CMS STAR rating disenrollment compliant audits and interpret changes to disenrollment logics
- Support business initiatives through trend analysis and recommend process improvements for membership retention
- Develop advanced insights and dashboards for business leadership using various data tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with CMS Plan Finder member audits and project management
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL and SAS queries
- Ability to modify Tableau and Power BI dashboards
