Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to align strategic vision with business outcomes and provide analytical expertise in eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of strategic vision and business outcomes with delivered results
• Lead workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop use cases and requirements
• Document future state business processes and assist in policy development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Business Consultant role
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Magento
• Experience with full life-cycle projects from scoping to delivery
• Expertise in utilizing SAP Hybris B2B and B2C accelerators
• Comfort with agile software development methodologies
