Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to support their Sales and Service applications and the Transact system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps
• Support the QA team by creating and executing manual test cases via Test Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Four years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
• Strong understanding of functional analysis, user workflows, and acceptance criteria writing
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Ability to collaborate across development, QA, and product teams in a fast-paced environment
