Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Management team to enhance credit rules and business processes
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to support technical development
• Document requirements and support project deployment using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role
• Experience in auto finance, particularly in originations and operations
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Data Science
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL
• Demonstrated career stability and experience in cross-functional collaboration
