Business Analyst Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/ Scrum Master to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering activities and ensure alignment with client and organizational objectives
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and identify/remove impediments to team progress
• Analyze business problems and recommend IT solutions by collaborating with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Proficient in Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban, with experience using tools like Jira and Trello
• Experience in designing wireframes and incorporating client feedback into prototypes
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Atlassian/ServiceNow environments
