Scrum Coach/Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead release trains for an analytic decisioning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to manage roadmap vision and backlog refinement
• Collaborate with teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of releases
• Facilitate Agile Release Train events and coordinate retrospectives for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related discipline
• Experience coaching teams in a continuous planning culture
• Proficient with Atlassian tools such as Jira for tracking software releases
• Strong background in leading complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products
• Scaled Agile Certification is preferred
