Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, including task assignment and staff mentoring
• Work with business partners to create policies and design business metrics for accountability
• Manage the end-to-end model development process and track performance measurement and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team performance and departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Tableau and Vantage Data Analytics platform preferred
