Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Cloud Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data architectures and data pipelines for high-volume datasets
• Establish and enforce data governance and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Guide and mentor junior/senior data engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer with technical leadership
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles
• Proven experience with designing and implementing data pipelines using GCP BigQuery
• Experience with cloud deployment and automation tools like Terraform
