A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst who specializes in Power BI dashboard design.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end dashboard development in Power BI, including data modeling and user-focused visuals
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and mortgage teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and reports
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability while maintaining design standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• 3+ years of experience creating interactive dashboards that balance aesthetics and performance
• 2+ years of knowledge in data modeling concepts
• 1 year of working knowledge of SQL for data exploration and transformation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
