Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and maintain client relationships for the branch office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop client relationships with existing and new accounts
- Foster at least ten relationships per month
- Design and implement marketing and training strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or office management capacity in the mortgage industry
- Financial services experience, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of human resources processes such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
