Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of BDRs to achieve prospecting and conversion goals
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team on target accounts
- Oversee the qualification process for leads and ensure accurate records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in outbound business development or sales management
- Proven experience managing a sales development team focused on lead generation
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with measurable results in a B2B sales environment
- Experience in cold calling, qualification, and sales pipeline development
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
