Key Responsibilities

- Administer and optimize Monday.com CRM workflows, ensuring accurate documentation of outreach efforts
- Manage referral development activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders for local outreach
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in referral generation, business development, and sales leadership
- Deep CRM operations experience, particularly with Monday.com CRM and related tools
- Demonstrated success in campaign execution and performance tracking
- Experience in ABA therapy, pediatric services, or behavioral healthcare preferred
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
