Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to support sales growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize trade investment through collaboration with sales and finance
- Develop performance reports and dashboards to identify growth opportunities and support customer strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure executable and financially sound business plans
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or Sales Finance, preferably in the CPG industry
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI) and consumption data (IRI/Circana or Nielsen)
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
