Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts in the vocational sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call vocational accounts to generate new sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and set discovery meetings for account executives to contribute to pipeline growth
- Conduct outbound campaigns to identify potential partners and maintain accurate records in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of experience in outbound business development or inside sales
- Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic research tools
- Experience or interest in vocational sectors such as transportation, logistics, or field services is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
