Key Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and maintenance of standard models for the health plan implementation approach
- Provide leadership and oversight of the health plan business implementation processes, ensuring adherence to standard processes
- Direct health plan business implementations to meet budget, timeline, and scope requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- 5+ years of experience in Government Programs Managed Care across multiple operational areas
- Experience in managing healthcare functions during the implementation phase
- Ability to provide input into business planning processes and develop timelines for new implementations
