A company is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support contract project operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Track equipment using Quickbase, Prelude, AQ, and communicate with factories
- Maintain and update Quickbase with equipment tracking and supply orders
- Assist in project coordination, service, and estimating as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBase, Prelude, and/or AutoQuotes is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to learn various aspects of contract equipment processes
