Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop strategies to improve business plans and processes
- Lead special projects and provide guidance on complex matters while fostering change management
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in the same fields
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience in managing resource and financial aspects of projects
- Subject matter expertise in business strategy and transformation initiatives
