Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients' business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and connect use cases to data requirements
• Lead discovery sessions to understand clients' data ecosystems
• Synthesize complex information into concise points of view for stakeholders and support project delivery across various engagements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing/database concepts and Customer Data Platforms, specifically Adobe AEP
• 5+ years of experience with marketing and customer experience use cases, including analytics and business intelligence
• Knowledge of customer identity resolution concepts, including data cleansing and matching
• Experience with data profiling, analysis, and process flow diagramming
• Familiarity with data query tools/languages (SQL, Python) and work management tools (JIRA, Workfront)
