Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will manage functional and technical requirements for technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of functional and technical requirements and documentation during project phases
- Act as a primary liaison between business users and IT project teams, managing user expectations and requirements scope
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, fit/gap analysis, and documentation design, including user guides and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience or comparable experience
- Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
- 3 years of experience documenting business processes with tools like Microsoft Visio
- Firm understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
