Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Azure).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and vendor management
• Facilitate Scrum events and coach team members on Agile methodologies
• Document business processes, technical designs, and support continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 9 years of experience in business system analysis and Scrum Master roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with enterprise database management systems and cloud migration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Possession of Agile certifications such as PSM or CSM is preferred
