Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to improve and maintain Encompass settings, forms, and business rules
  • Evaluate and drive process-flow improvements in the Encompass system and integrations
  • Design and implement approved change requests and serve as an escalation point for inquiries and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration
  • 5+ years' experience in building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS
  • 5+ years' experience in the Mortgage Industry
  • Encompass Administrator Certification
