A company is looking for an Encompass Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to improve and maintain Encompass settings, forms, and business rules
- Evaluate and drive process-flow improvements in the Encompass system and integrations
- Design and implement approved change requests and serve as an escalation point for inquiries and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration
- 5+ years' experience in building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS
- 5+ years' experience in the Mortgage Industry
- Encompass Administrator Certification
