Key Responsibilities

• Develops collaboration with HITS and clinical customers to align requests with infrastructure
• Provides technical and user support for clinical applications and troubleshoots issues
• Oversees support, maintenance, and optimization of departmental clinical computer systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of IT related experience
• 2-3 years of progressive device support experience
