Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify, evaluate, develop, and redesign systems and procedures to meet user requirements
• Create detailed written user requirements for developers and assist in the development of system documentation and training materials
• Provide end-user support on applications and act as the primary contact for data management processes between IT developers and the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business
• 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems
• Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training
• Solid knowledge of the application development process
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work within a team setting
