Key Responsibilities

• Conducts business process analysis and aligns IT solutions with business initiatives
• Formulates specifications for software applications and modifies existing applications
• Prepares program specifications, tests, debugs, and installs operating programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience or a bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Understanding of basic infrastructure including servers and databases
• Knowledge of application programming interface (API) tools and business intelligence tools
• Experience providing application support and troubleshooting
