Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst who will manage and support Workday configuration and data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure the Workday Absence module and other relevant modules
• Perform testing and troubleshooting for configuration changes and issues
• Implement and maintain security policies in accordance with IT security guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday configuration, specifically with the Absence module
• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and security
• Experience with UNION time off and absence policies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
