Key Responsibilities
- Achieve expertise in functional processes and systems applications, and support site SMEs training
- Lead functional process and systems improvement projects to reduce operating costs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Evaluate current processes and tools, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of ERP software packages and SCM tools
- Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Ability to perform benchmarking and develop effective training programs
- Understanding of business systems implementation strategic direction
- Experience in interfacing with operational and IT groups to provide business solutions
