A company is looking for a Business Trainer to support and enhance their leadership development program for new team leaders and future managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal training events, including workshops and mini-programs
- Support and co-facilitate leadership development programs
- Prepare instructional materials, presentations, and handouts
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering trainings, facilitation, or mentoring
- Strong command of English (C1 level or higher)
- Skills in managing group dynamics
- Interest in leadership, communication, and team development topics
