Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer
- Design and oversee scalable, high-impact learning programs for onboarding and continuous education
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs and co-create training aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams
- Proven expertise in creating engaging learning solutions based on adult learning theory
- Hands-on experience with learning technology and content authoring tools
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and define KPIs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders on enablement solutions
