Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - REMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Property Accounting Department and manage accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Hire, supervise, and train property accounting staff while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the annual property budget process and evaluate internal processes for improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting or the real estate industry
- 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- General understanding of computerized accounting systems; MRI experience required
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced education in accounting or CPA designation is a bonus but not required
