Key Responsibilities
- Answer complex technical calls and assist the public with various diesel programs
- Maintain accurate records of calls and analyze call data for trends
- Provide detailed regulatory and incentive program information to stakeholders via telephone and e-mail
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database-related software applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to research regulatory language and assist with compliance planning
- Experience in a call center or similar environment is beneficial
