Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients
• Work collaboratively with partners, attorneys, and paralegals on case tactics
• Provide high-quality legal services with a focus on work/life balance and flexible billable hours

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in employment law and litigation
• Experience practicing in a law firm is preferred
• Experience with matters covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is preferred
