Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of all commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor contracts
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal, compliance, and risk issues related to contracts and operations
• Support corporate governance and maintain organizational records and cap table

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of legal experience, focusing on commercial contracts and the SaaS/software industry
• Experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm supporting high-growth technology companies
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS commercial transactions and privacy/data security frameworks
