Required Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within a Payroll or PEO company
- Strong understanding of U.S. state regulations and PEO-specific compliance
- Proven track record managing audits or regulatory inquiries
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in collaboration tools and comfortable in remote work environments
