Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements and partnership agreements
• Advise on compliance and regulatory matters while partnering with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in good standing
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex legal issues independently
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
