A company is looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to provide full litigation support to Tort Attorneys in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents, manage e-filings, and order medical records
- Maintain attorney calendars and schedule depositions, mediations, and other legal activities
- Assist in trial preparation and manage electronic documents in various formats
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a law office or corporate law department
- Experience in insurance defense and personal injury cases
- Trial support experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information securely and professionally
