Healthcare General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements related to federal and state healthcare laws
• Counsel internal teams on fee-for-service and value-based care arrangements
• Provide legal support for new business initiatives and complex partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 12+ years of legal experience with a focus on healthcare law
• Expertise in regulatory and compliance matters for healthcare providers
• Experience with fee-for-service and value-based payment arrangements
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy and data security regulations
