Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving medical malpractice or general insurance defense litigation
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California
• 1+ years of experience with Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense Cases, or General Civil Litigation
• Experience in healthcare or insurance defense is highly desirable
