California Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate (Defense side).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in various cases, including Lemon Law, insurance defense, General Liability, and Civil Litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and trial documents while managing a caseload from inception through trial or resolution

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California
• 1+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to relevant case types
• Strong courtroom presence and trial preparation skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
