California Licensed Information Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and evaluates security incidents and system alerts to detect potential threats and recommends mitigation tactics
• Serves as an analytics resource, supporting the design and implementation of new security products and ensuring compliance with security policies
• Analyzes data from various systems to proactively search for threats and produces reports documenting investigations and security incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Security, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Information Security
• Knowledge of security event log analytics and at least two specified security technologies
• Understanding of Internet Protocol Suite networking and systems administration
• Experience with risk management standards, procedures, and practices
• Preferred: Current FCB Contractor
