Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, legal research, and drafting pleadings
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies and negotiate settlements
- Develop relationships with clients and provide informed legal advice while maintaining case management
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of three years of litigation experience
- Proven ability to manage litigation cases from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of litigation software and Microsoft Office suite
