Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel focused on technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the development and governance of AI tools and models related to personalized financial advice and consumer data
• Build compliance programs aligned with regulatory frameworks from various authorities
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, including those related to AI and data services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, AI/tech law, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks regarding AI innovation and data privacy
• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience in developing or advising on compliance programs in fast-paced environments is preferred
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection laws is a plus
