Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, redline, and negotiate various contract documents during the RFP process
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from request to execution, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
• Provide guidance to internal customers on contractual terms and maintain communication regarding contract status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 - 3 years of experience with common contract types and legal clauses
• Six months of recent experience redlining contract agreements
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related field
• Master's certificate in Commercial Contract Management is a plus
• Knowledge of Information Technology and exposure to the RFP process is a plus
