A company is looking for a Risk Compliance Manager to provide support for in-house legal and compliance functions within a healthcare nonprofit.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain oversight of open litigation matters and significant legal disputes
- Coordinate the collection of documents and monitor case progression, ensuring leadership is informed of developments
- Review contract management practices and ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in legal operations, risk management, or compliance in a relevant setting
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with outside counsel
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and BAAs
- Experience managing vendor contracts and tracking compliance documentation
- Direct experience supporting enterprise risk management functions
