Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Compliance I - Testing & Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance key control and issue validation testing, including planning, risk identification, and reporting findings
• Source, validate, and analyze testing population data to identify discrepancies and risks
• Document and track compliance testing processes while ensuring quality and compliance of team outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Controls and Risk Management Frameworks such as COSO and BASEL
• Knowledge of Fed and State regulatory requirements related to compliance risk management
• Experience in compliance testing or internal audit of compliance risks
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team and analyzing data for compliance purposes
