Procurement Counsel - US Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a legal business partner to the procurement team
• Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts with vendors
• Advise various teams on legal, compliance, and privacy matters related to vendor engagements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company or a commercial law firm
• Significant experience in procurement contracts
• Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CPRA, etc.)
• Licensed to practice law in Israel/UK/EU/US or equivalent legal experience
• Native English proficiency
