Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on incoming parties to identify potential conflicts of interest
- Analyze conflicts reports and inform attorneys about potential or actual conflicts, proposing resolutions
- Update corporate hierarchies in the conflicts database and conduct research on mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- At least 2 years of research or conflicts-related experience (required)
- Intermediate-level proficiency in conflicts-related computer operations and software programs
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word
- Intermediate-level knowledge of research procedures and methodology
