Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Compliance Program while ensuring employee awareness and adherence to applicable laws
- Develop and provide training on compliance-related topics and maintain a system for reporting compliance concerns
- Conduct compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments, reporting findings to leadership and the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance matters
- Thorough familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-kickback and HIPAA
- Ability to manage responses to government inquiries and audits
