Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Legal (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including routing agreements for signature and archiving executed agreements
• Draft and send NDAs and music/talent agreements using approved templates
• Open and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, monitor payment status, and resolve delays

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or music licensing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and contract management tools
• Knowledge of music licensing rights in games, TV/film, or media
• Experience in the gaming, music, or interactive entertainment industry
• Paralegal certificate or coursework in contracts/music business is a plus
