Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on various employment issues, including recruiting, performance management, and employee data privacy
- Review employment policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain employment compliance and support strategic global projects
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of employment law experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Demonstrated employment counseling experience, preferably in-house
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in balancing legal risks and business needs
- Exceptional work ethic with a track record of delivering results
- Adept at maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while working with multiple stakeholders
