State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, responsible for providing legal support in business development transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice in areas such as M&A, acquisitions, and compliance
• Negotiate and execute complex transactions and manage stakeholder relationships
• Assess legal risks and provide guidance on commercial implications to business partners

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree with an active license to practice law in at least one state
• 3+ years of experience in complex transactional work, specifically M&A
• Experience managing staff and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking with a proven ability to develop and execute long-term plans
• Experience in healthcare transactions is preferred
